MADRAS, Ore. -- Two people, one of whom had an active, nationwide felony warrant from the U.S. Marshals Service, were arrested Wednesday after a two-county high-speed chase ended in a crash in Crook County. Edward Francis Jones, 32, of Warm Springs and Jasmine Lirelle Graybael, 35, made their first court appearances Thursday, according to court records.
